Heat Pumps
The most efficient choice for keeping homes comfortable through every season, heat pumps work by pushing hot air out of the home on hot days and drawing heat from outside air to keep houses warm on cold days. With a super-high SEER and EcoNet®-enabled controls, the Ruud® Ultra™ Series UP20 Heat Pump is a perfect example of Ruud efficiency at work.
Tankless Gas
The high efficiency of tankless combined with recirculation make Ruud® Ultra™ Series Condensing Tankless Water Heaters with Built-in Recirculation a model sustainability water heating solution capable of saving both energy and water. The recirculation feature provides faster hot water at the tap, leading to savings of up to 12,000 gallons of water per year that would otherwise have gone down the drain while waiting for it to get hot.​
Modulating Furnace
ENERGY STAR®-Certified Ruud® Ultra™ Series Two-Stage Variable Speed U96V Gas Furnaces are efficient and designed for maximum comfort while using a minimal amount of energy. It’s quiet and with features like Direct Spark Ignition, it’s built to last. And, the Water Management System with patented Blocked Drain Sensor is designed to help prevent condensation from causing home damage. Renaissance™
The Renaissance™ Line delivers improved energy savings of over 30% when compared to current baseline technology—translating into a reduced environmental footprint (not to mention savings of thousands of dollars over the life of the equipment). It features Variable Frequency Drive, which adjusts fan operation to the load, so no extra energy is wasted. And it’s loaded with innovative and improved technologies for compliance with the Department of Energy’s (DOE) IEER standards that went into effect in January 2018. Our 2025 Commitment to
INTELLIGENT PRODUCTS

By 2025, we will launch a line of air and water products that boast
a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas footprint.*

*Rheem’s goal is to release by 2025 a line of heating, cooling, and water heating products that reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50% as compared to products available in 2019. Reduction calculations will be based on the products’ use phase emissions only and utilize average emission factors to account for variability in electricity grids. Reduction calculations will not consider upstream or manufacturing impacts, but use phase emissions account for the majority of the products’ impact. At this time, these figures have not been independently verified by a third party.
